Description
There are several layers of Japanese papers on the canvas before I began with the panting. I had to do many layers of glazes to achieve the richness of the yellow petals. It's a simple painting of sunflowers that have the curly ends to the flower petals...this is why I called it the van Gogh sunflowers.
