Description
The series of the Pacific Ocean consists of six 24 x 24 x 2.5 archival canvas which can be placed as individual paintings or as a group for a large wall. I have developed my own formulas for the poured acrylic paint. One must concentrate on the flow to really appreciate the designs in each painting. The colors are representation of the shallow parts of the ocean where turquoise and cyan shades remain dominant. Viewing these paintings should give you the feeling on being near the ocean because of the cool color flowing in and out with the darker colors. It took much practice to achieve the paint to separate and do spectacular mixing and blending on every inch of canvas. Note in various areas of the canvas, there will be many swirls and ins and outs of different colors flowing in the same direction or many times opposite flows will form. Enjoy.
